Did you know?
Legislation passed on January 1st, 1995 states that there are 2 ways to work with a real estate salesperson when viewing a home.
Scenario 1
Salesperson is a subagent to the Seller which means the agent acts in the Seller's best interests with due care and honesty to the Buyer.
Scenario 2
Salesperson acts in the best interest of the Buyer with honesty and due care given to the Seller. This requires a Buyer Agency Contract between the salesperson and the Buyer. For further details, please request the Working With A Realtor brochure.
